- Robert Cerasoli squeezing my hand and saying he likes my blog.

- Meeting Leigh Dingerson, talking, sharing, eating lunch together—and she likes my blog, too! I admire her dedication, clear-eyedness and thoughtfulness. She has a wealth of information and has the best of parents, children and community in mind. See! We’re not lunatic conspiracy heads! Things ARE wrong! And not just here.
- Being on a panel with Cliff, Christian, Leigh Dingerson, and a dedicated, aware and deeply-involved young teacher. Pat, good job, cuz.
- The continuing shock and conversation among people after the Education panel. We could’ve taken the whole day. And we didn’t get to the School Facilities Master Plan. What will that be next year? Volatile times. Education could be a yearly panel.
- Hearing Jason Williams and Gary Wainwright and talking to Percy Marchand. Too bad Amy LaFont couldn’t be there. Next year if possible, RT should have a panel of local pols or candidates. There are some people who want to talk to us and even hear us—Jason Williams stayed most of the afternoon.
- The Ashley Awards.
- Being near some of the dearest friends I have
I had a great time..Thanks to you all.
The first year politics panel was almost all pols and I got static for that. This year, except for you, I got static for letting Williams and Wainwright speak. I thought Williams did a great job and Wainwright spoke during the question period.
I’d rather see RT sponsor the odd candidate forum than have too many pols at the event.
